* Regardless of sales, if shopping cart monthly charges exceed
$49.95, the vendor is only charged $49.95. Setup, add-on, and late fees can
result in charges in excess of $49.95 being incurred to the vendor's
account.
** Online payment processing services are provided by several
3rd party payment processing providers. If you have a merchant account, you may
already have a online payment processor available to you. If you need a
merchant account, Creative Cart can help you obtain one with very
competitive rates. If you have a merchant account but do not have an online
payment processor, Creative Cart can set you up with a payment processor with
competitive rates. See our gateway page for
more information.
*** Online tax calculator computes the exact tax for the sale
based on the customer's zip code, state, and city, based on your tax nexus. A
nexus is the state or group of states you have to collect taxes for.
Important: If the customer is outside of your tax nexus, then
the online tax calculator is not used, and you are not charged for a tax
calculation.
